1. Write your chosen affirmation on the mirror using the marker
2. Hold the mirror close and look directly into your own eyes
3. Say the affirmation out loud — clearly and intentionally
Stay with the same affirmation for as many days as it resonates. When you feel ready, erase it and move on to the next — building toward what you're ready to manifest.
Do your mirror work first thing in the morning and right before sleep — when your subconscious is most susceptible to suggestion.
Repeat your affirmation at least 20 times, slowly and with intention.
Want to deepen the process? Write your affirmation 5–10 times in your journal before the mirror.
