Your body is listening. Are you?
Maybe you've been at war with your body for as long as you can remember.
Maybe you've tried every diet, every routine, every "fix" — and nothing sticks.
Maybe you treat your body like a problem to solve instead of a partner to honor.
Maybe you've forgotten that your body is designed to heal, thrive, and transform.
Awaken the vitality within.
Your ideal health and body aren't distant goals — they're already within you. When you see your body as an extension of your life force, naturally designed to heal, thrive, and transform, you unlock its true potential.
And when you practice gratitude for everything your body does for you, you connect it with the energy of love — the most powerful force there is. From there, change flows effortlessly.
This isn't positive thinking. It's neuroscience.
Most beliefs about yourself were formed before age seven — and your analytical mind protects them, rejecting anything that doesn't match. Affirmations bounce off. Journaling stays surface-level.
Mirror work bypasses the filter. This is how manifestation actually works — not by repeating words, but by rewiring the beliefs underneath.
When you look into your own eyes and speak, self-recognition regions of your brain activate.
Mirror neurons fire — the same cells that create connection with others, now creating it with yourself.
With repetition, your subconscious begins to accept these statements as true.

Release
Start with the sheet of burnable incense paper. Write down anything blocking you from manifesting the health you want — shame, limiting beliefs, past experiences, things you've told yourself for years. Don't overthink it. Just write.
Then let it burn. Let it go.
Write
On the back of the blank Reflection Card, you'll find affirmation prompts. They're written in a sequence — starting with statements that feel accessible and building toward bolder beliefs.
Why? Because if you've had a difficult history with your body, your nervous system might reject a big leap like "I am radiantly healthy." When the body doesn't believe the words, the shift doesn't happen.
So you begin with what feels true right now. If you can't yet believe you're fully healed, you can probably connect with, "I want to feel good in my body."
Even connecting to your desire is powerful. Desire isn't lack — it's your soul saying, "I'm ready to manifest."
Believe
The silk-screened Reflection Card represents your fully embodied truth — the highest version of your new reality.
Once you've worked through the prompts, this becomes your daily anchor — a reminder of what you're manifesting and who you're becoming. Display it on your altar, desk, bathroom counter, or nightstand. Let it reflect the vitality that's always been yours.
Begin the Mirror Work
1. Turn your blank Reflection Card to the mirror side
2. Write your chosen affirmation using the marker
3. Hold the mirror close and look directly into your own eyes
4. Say the affirmation out loud — clearly and intentionally
This process is deeply intimate. That eye-to-eye connection is where the transformation happens. You're speaking directly to your subconscious — rewiring the beliefs that determine what you can manifest.
Stay with the same affirmation for as many days as it resonates. When you feel ready, move to the next one.
How to Tell If You're Aligned
Say the affirmation out loud and tune in:
Do you feel ease, relief, calm, or a "yes" in your body? That's alignment — you're ready to manifest from this belief.
Or do you feel tightness, hesitation, or resistance? That's your cue to pause and explore what's underneath.
If Resistance Comes Up
Ask yourself: What about this doesn't feel believable right now? What's in the way?
Write it out — in your journal or on more incense paper. Then return to the release ritual. Burn what no longer serves you.
Feel it. Name it. Release it. Then manifest your new story.
Do your mirror work first thing in the morning and right before sleep — when your subconscious is most susceptible to suggestion.
Repeat your affirmation at least 20 times, slowly and with intention.
Want to deepen the process? Write your affirmation 5–10 times in your journal before the mirror.
Add EFT tapping while you speak to help anchor the new belief into your nervous system.
Before you begin:
1. Place one hand on your chest, the other on your belly
2. Close your eyes
3. Say the affirmation internally
4. Notice where it lands in your body — is there openness? Resistance?
5. Then open your eyes and speak it in the mirror
During mirror work, keep your hand on your heart or belly as you speak. This deepens the connection, calms the nervous system, and helps your body absorb the affirmation — not just your mind.
Shake the marker well before use.
Press the tip gently a few times to activate ink flow.
To erase: wipe the mirror clean with a soft cloth or paper towel.
SOLÊNE is the signature incense paper scent in the Well-Being Ritual Book Box.
Inspired by the feeling of deep exhale and sunlit stillness, this blend opens with creamy coconut and grounding sandalwood. Vanilla and tiare flower add a soft tropical hush, while sea salt and a hint of lemon and bergamot lift the scent with a clean, airy lightness.
